Energy optimized control of permanent magnet motors

The goal of this project is to reduce energy consumption by using speed controlled permanent magnet motors instead of the traditional induction motor.

Project description

The project will investigate savings in kWh pr year in a typical pump application. Further more the project will investigate the robustness of a sensor less control strategy for permanent magnet motors.
