Landfill gas, IEA
The aim of the project is to encourage the exchange of experience, transfer know how to R and D in connection to extraction and utilization of landfill gas for energy purposes. The IEA-cooperation will also mean that the Danish experience and knowledge to landfill gas has been disseminated in accordance to the export possiblities for Danish companies.
The aim of the project is to encourage the exchange of experience, transfer know how to R and D in connection to extraction and utilization of landfill gas for energy purpose. The IEA-cooperation will also mean that the Danish experience and knowledge to landfill gas will be disseminated in accordance to the export possibilities for Danish companies. In 1997 there will be held two meetings in connection to conferences, on which also IEA group will present different papers. the results from the knowledge and experience will be spread to interested Danish companies so the knowledge from the IEA can be used of those who are interested and in that case become important for the society
In 1997 two meetings was held in connection to international conferences, on which some IEA group members presented papers. LFG Consult presented papers showing a special Danish system for optimizing the extraction of landfill gas by automatically control and regulation of the system. Furthermore a presentation of utilization of landfill gas in decentralized CHP Plant. The group has also been author for a report which will be published by IEA/CADDET as a CADDET-minireview. The content will be up to date information on the formation and emission of landfill gas, and the technical possiblities for utilization for energy purposes
