International cooperation within wind energy (IEA R and D Wind 1996)
The activities in 1996 has to a large degree followed the budget proposal of 27 June 1995. During the year two IEA Executive Committee meeting were held, first in Finland and then in Germany. The minutes of these meeting are summarized in IEA Wind Energy Newsletter no. 8 and 9. They have been mailed previously both to ENS and Risø Library
