Registration of danish energy literature and descriptions of energy research projects and cooperation with international information systems

The Danish Energy Agency has signed a number of agreements about the exchange of information between countries and international organizations, and the obligations described in these agreements are carried out in this project. A systematic collection and registration of both published and unpublished information (project descriptions) on Danish energy research and development was carried out. In 1996 1.188 energy publiclations have been indexed, abstracted, registered, and sent to the databases ETDE Energy Data Base (IEA), INIS (IAEA), and Coal Data Base (IEA). In the same period 190 new R & D project descriptions have been indexed and registered, and 475 of the existing project records have been updated. The project registrations were sent to the databases Nordic Energy Index and DANDOKbasen. Furhtermore registrations of ongoing projects were sent to SESAME (EU) and US RIP (U.S. Department of Energy). Manuscripts for two lists of the published results of the EFP projects and the manuscript of project descriptions for the publiclation 'Energiforskningsprogram 95' (Energy Research Programme 95) were prepared. Both manuscripts were prepared from the registrations which were sent to the above mentioned databases. The yearly meeting in the Nordic Advisory Board for Energy Information took place in Helsinki
