Development of Low Cost and High Performance MEA- and Bipolar Plate processes for PEM Fuel Cells

The aim of the project is to obtain significant fuel cell performance and cost reductions through component and manufacturing technology development. The project has concentrated on the two key components for cost, quality and lifetime: the MEA Laminate Fabrication Process and the Bipolar Plate Fabrication Process.
