Participation in international project on blended motor fuels and emulsions

Admixing of alcohols in motor fuels can result in CO2 reductions and even better combustion, but also holds a number of technical challenges. The International Energy Agency wished to create a global perspective on the possibilities and constraints regarding blended engine fuels and fuel emulsions.
Project description

Admixing of alcohols in motor fuels can result in CO2 reductions and even better combustion, but also holds a number of technical challenges. The International Energy Agency wishes to create a global perspective on the possibilities and constraints regarding blended engine fuels and fuel emulsions. This involves ini particular admixing of alcohols to gasoline and diesel fuels.
