The project will compare next generation biodiesel to current biodiesel. HVO Biodiesel has superior properties compared to the traditional FAME type biodiesel produced by DAKA and Emmelev. Denmark is still focused solely on FAME production while at the same time Danish oil companies are importing large quantities of HVO from Finland.
