Databases for informations about projects funded by the Danish energy programs
The objective is to disseminate information about Danish publicly funded R&D projects in
Denmark and internationally. This is achieved through the database DENP. With the creation of the
Danish energy programmes’ new joint web-based annual report system, it must be analysed how a
link between the database DENP and the web-based annual system can be established.
The tasks in the project are:
1) To advise and assist the EUDP secretariat in implementing a functional integration between the
new project web system for the Danish energy programmes at the EUDP web site and the existing
database DENP (Danish Energy R&D Projects); 2) Quality assurance of the new project data that
are uploaded in the new project web system by each energy programme; 3) Regular updating of
project data after completion of a project, both in DENP and in the energy programmes’ new
common web system. Updating means e.g. adding result summaries and links to final reports; 4)
Projekt reports are uploaded to a server to ensure future access for downloading; 5) Operation of
DENP.
