Harbour house II
The roofing layout for the new office building is designed with roof surface with single slope in one direction. All roof structures will be with aluminium sheet cladding sufficient for adding solar thin films afterwards. Seawater resistant. This design is obvious for sun energy systems.
Project description
The new technique has given all parties involved from architects, engineers and contractors high experience during completion period. The unique architectural expression of the building is resolved satisfactorily. Logistics with transportation from manufacturer in Germany has been resolved without problems. The electrical installations are completed succesfully. Online link to manufacturers for operation and service. All energy produced will be used in the building. Solar plants less than 50 kW is exempt from payment to the state. (Energy 11)
