The object was to improve existing PARK models for calculating array losses for wind farms with focus on large offshore wind farms. The project shows that intelligent use of the model parameters reduces the error and uncertainty of using them. The project is partially a follow up on the work EMD performed in the ‘Large farm project’ and through implementation and documentation of existing models. Sensitivity test was conducted, and the models were tested and demonstrated in three demonstration examples.
