The project aims over a three year period to install approximately 1 MWp of grid connected PV systems on a selection of the municipal buildings targeting coverage of all major building applications, e.g. day-care institutions, centers for elderly, schools and technical and administrative facilities.

Results
The installed photovoltaic capacity in the project was more than 1.4 MWp which was installed in more than 70 locations on 80 buildings. The installed capacity is 40% above the target in the project. The average size of the PV plants was 17.5 kWp ranging from 2.9 kWp to 300 kWp.
