The project goal was to develop stack materials, components and stack technology, including industrially relevant production methods. Further, the project was to perform tests and demonstration of stacks in relevant operational conditions. The project succeeded in greatly improving production methods and stack design. The project included two test and demonstration activities. The first test unit was set up at the H.C. Ørsted Power Station at the Copenhagen waterfront to test SOFC stacks. The other demonstration unit is an alpha prototype demonstration in a natural-gas-powered system in Finland.
