Participation in IEA and FCH-JU

Hans Aage Hjuler (applicant) has been elected to IEA´s working group on “Advanced fuel cells: Annex 22: Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cells”. Futher, Hans Aage Hjuler has been elected to the Scientific Committee under FCH-JU in the EU. This application is on support for preparation and participation in international meeting for a period of two years.

Project description

The participation assures Danish influence on the international program for hydrogen and fuel cells. IEA focuses on PEM fuel cells and relevant partners from Europe, North America, Japan and Korea participate. The network has already resulted in several new working relations.
The Scientific Committee under FCH-JU plays an important role for the implementation of the annual and multi annual work plan.
The applicant will communicate the Danish point of view and politics and try to improve the administrative procedures. The purpose of the participation is to strengthen the Danish efforts within the area by affecting the international work. This will benefit the Danish projects and will also support the Danish government´s strategy on creating a fossil free Demark.
All relevant information will be communicated to the Danish Partnership for hydrogen and fuel cells. Further, relevant information will be communicated to the Danish Energy Agency or Danish stakeholders.
