Performance, Operation and Reliability of Photovoltaic Systems - IEA PVPS Task13-II

The objective of the project is to contribute to the work in the IEA PVPS Task 13 and to ensure relevant information collection and dissemination of the results for the benefit of Danish interested parties among others by participation in the work groups:

- Materials in new modules – contribute with knowledge on new types of silicon feedstock, tempering of glass and glass coatings.
- Bifaciale modules – contribute with knowledge from a test site at DTU Risø
- LCOE and uncertainty calculations in PV financial models – contribute to model development
- Preventive fault detection – analysis of inverter data from the largest PV plant in Scandinavia
- Monitoring and fault detection during operation of PV parks - contribute with research results from the Innovation Fund Denmark supported project DroneEL dealing with Drone based surveillance of PV projects.
