EVERY – Empowering everyone (owners, tenants and administrators) to optimize every re- source (water, thermic, electricity) in every building
By engaging the entire value chain in this consortium, and creating a solution that appeals to building owners, administrators, and tenants, we will produce significant savings in terms of energy consumption, costs related to the installation of sensors, and in equipment. These savings will be measured and quantified during demonstration phase with an extensive split test on the Kaktus towers.
In EVERY we create a software-platform that enables efficient integration of IoT devices in common households – effectively unlocking the full potential of digitalization for resource optimization in apartment-buildings. Our solution will furthermore incentivize the deployment of submetering-devices and sensors from other companies and facilitate their installation by non-experts. Furthermore, we will provide tenants and building owners with actionable insights and targets to optimize the energy consumption in apartments- and buildinglevel. We will enable the benchmarking of buildings based on a common and transparent standard.
