Together with the sector suppliers, the project developed a complete testing basis for assessment of the energy properties of ventilation devices on the basis of recognised Danish and foreign standards. The Danish Technological Institute has set up state-of-the-art laboratory facilities at which ventilation devices can be tested on uniform conditions. The results can be used to establish a dynamic positive list of annual comparable base costs for consumers based on objective measurements. The results are expected to encourage producers to develop more energy-efficient and competitive devices. (Energy 10)
