Danish LED network

A network of companies and research environments from electronic, optical, cooling and material technology is established and the aim is to promote knowledge sharing and commercialising of LED technology development and applications and a forum for general education about new energy efficient light sources.
Results

It has been the project's aim to provide a common forum for alle LED light activities in Denmark.

The Danish LED network was established on 8 of February 2011 by a group of Danish scientists, companies and institutions, which found a need for increased Danish cooperation in the field of LED technology.

Danish LED network supports and promotes LED activities ind Denmark. The objectives of the LED Network are:

  1. To disseminate knowledge of LED research and development of LED technology.
  2. To coordinate training in LED technology.
  3. To promote innovation activities by the network to bring stakeholders together.
  4. To promote electricity savings by using LED technology.
