Energy consultancy using psychology of organisation
This project has attempted to verify a hypothesis that organisational psychology skills can contribute to making energy guidance for business customers more successful. The original intention to carry out process consultations at energy advorsors' customers was abandoned and instead practical teaching, team building and a development seminar were carried out for seven energy advisors from three companies. Experience from this project showed that the sector is interested in, and needs, organisational psychological skills in the sense of an understanding of the interplay between customers and advisors.
