Advanced measurement equipment for optimized operation of waste-fired plants. Phase 2
The objective of the overall project was to develop a system for online optimisation of waste incineration. Phase 2 worked to design a measuring programme at Haderslev CHP plant to determine the key characteristics for the combustion process. On the basis of camera information (RGB, NIR, IR) and combinations of existing measurements and level measurements in the shaft, the project described important conditions in the boiler room process. Parts of the regulation concept were tested in Haderslev. The current phase 3 (project 7336) tests the concept in Haderslev and at Reno Nord’s new line.
