The immediate project purpose is to support an accelerated enlargement of PV plants in Denmark by documentation and demonstration of two household PV plants with intended “lighthouse effect” and to promote and teach about such PV plants as well as about general aspects of PV plants
Results
Nordic Folkecenter's project wanted to demonstrate the size of a PV plant that is required for self-sufficiency in electricity and to promote sales of PV in Denmark. The project was a success; 31/12 2010 were six PV installations in Energi Thy-Mors' area; per March 2012 approx. 400 and the number is growing across the country.
