Variable Topology battery system for Optimising grid load during high-Power Charging of Electric vehicles TOPChargE

Projektbeskrivelse

The aim is to create a new High-Power Charger prototype for EVs with integrated battery - buffer, surpassing all current technologies. It will be an attractive electricity supply solution for EVs, able to diminish grid peak loads. 500.000 High Power Chargers will be put out in Europe between the years 2020-2025. The project will be carried out by a consortium made of Nerve Smart Systems, Technical University of Denmark, Fremsyn and OK a.m.b.a. It will cover the prototype maturation, validation, demonstration and communication. In the post-project period, the partners will continue to ensure exposure to potential investors in order to secure successful product market launch in year 2023.
