Energy renovation of buildings - owner/tenant environment

The project should be seen as a continuation of the recently completed project 344-044 - incentive structures for energy savings in commercial buildings with leases.

The project will work with two pension funds develop solution catalog and not at least the three pilots from A-Z three basic types of buildings.

The project will develop supporting tools for some of the energy renovation projects critical project phases. There will be developed standard material for presentation. Furthermore, the project will contribute with obvious technical solutions in energy renovation which much more has its basis in "indoor climate" that the flows between owner/tenant border over traditionally to base components located on either the owner or lessee of the energy meters .

The project will also correlate renovation projects with the usually available capital budgets for maintenance of the properties. The project results will create great attention to energy renovation of existing properties and thus have accelerated this area, which is in line with ELFORSK.

The project will also support the energy renovations on specific properties will be carried out from a more fundamental about the actual energy needs rather than the quick solution, which is based in component replacements.
