Ensure future production of heat pumps in Denmark - scheme design project

The purpose is together with a Danish producer of heat pumps (Nilan A/S) and a Danish producer of components (Danfoss) to create the base for the development of a new generation of heat pumps, that fulfill the cirteria to be in the best European energy class (A+++). This ensures that Danish producers also in the future will be competitive and can deliver the best and most efficient heat pumps. The aim is to use natural refrigerants due to sercurity and regulations. HFC-refrigerants is under hard pressure in EU and on a global level and it is expected that the regulation will include heat pumps. In the followering main project there will be developed and tested prototypes for a new generation of heat pumps there will be in the best energy class (A+++) in the comming European energy labelling of heat pumps.
