Participation in IEA Wind TCP Task 26: Cost of Wind Energy - phase 4
The primary objective of IEA Wind TCP Task 26 is to generate and provide information on cost of wind energy in order to understand past, present and anticipated future trends using consistent transparent methodologies. Beyond the cost perspective, the project aims to improve understanding of the value of wind power in the power system.
The project ensures continued Danish participation in IEA Wind TCP Task 26: Cost of Wind Energy - phase 4. The aim of the project is to generate, share and communicate knowledge on technical and economic advancements of wind power. Ea Energy Analyses and DTU Management Engineering have participated in previous phases of the IEA Wind TCP Task 26 and contributed significantly to the results achieved within the collaboration. In phase 4 Ea Energy Analyses and DTU Management Engineering will continue the efforts, drawing on the previous good experience with collaborating in the international working group, including some of the world leading experts in the field.
